Main Development Line

So far, NEO_HEF has evolved in four clear waves. First came the import of legacy sources and reference trees. Then cleanup and the creation of the documentation and BMAD layer. After that, more detailed code dissection, prompt engineering, and printing PoCs. Finally, the project entered the first significant implementation wave around RZP, SPOL, SPK, the launcher, login, audit, locking, and fenCRep compatibility.
