Week Five - Deeper Analyses and the First PoCs Appear
The team is gaining a more detailed understanding of the system: analysis is refined, the plan is developed, and critical parts are verified through the first PoCs.

This week shows that the project is no longer moving only in theory. The team analyzes concrete parts of the system in more depth, refines the approach, and at the same time verifies selected technical areas through smaller practical experiments.
That is a healthy direction. It means that alongside planning, evidence is starting to appear that the chosen path is technically feasible.
What Happened
This week starts a more detailed analysis of concrete areas and the prompt engineering around it. The code-dissection prompt is updated, a Czech version is added, team artifacts are unified, and a set of epics and stories is created for further planning. At the same time, SPOL dissection enters the repo and the architecture is adjusted so it can connect better to the original state.
In parallel, the printing trace is handled. The history contains FRX moves, Access databases for prints, an RZP Print PoC with a smoke test and C# solution, and notes on how to keep SPOL references through ProjectReference during migration.
This is the week when general plans turn into concrete migration hypotheses, a more detailed knowledge breakdown, and the first useful proofs of concept.
