Week Six - The Plan Turns Into the First Runnable Steps
The project moves from analysis into execution: an implementation plan emerges, runnable parts are added, and the team verifies that the path can be converted into practice.

This is the week when the transition from understanding the system to the first real execution steps becomes visible. It is not a finished product yet, but it is the moment when the plan starts becoming something that can be built, run, and gradually expanded.
From a project-management perspective, this is a very important milestone. It means migration work stays connected to reality and does not remain locked inside documents.
What Happened
The repo leans into implementation planning and runnability. A knowledge-base skeleton appears, along with the first version of the implementation plan for RZP, an HTML cookbook, and validation prompts in both Czech and English. The code-dissection knowledge base also continues to be cleaned and expanded.
Technically, the team works on SpolecnySpoustec, SpolecneKlient, RZP, and printing. Build-and-run scripts are added, along with pwsh restore steps, reference fixes, SpolecneKlient validation, printing-mode analysis, a buildable fenCRep version, a report viewer PoC, and the first completed implementation step, RZP S00.
By the end of the week, the shift from analysis toward something that can actually be built, run, and wrapped in the next implementation sequence is visible.
