WEEK FOUR
Week Four - The Archive Becomes a Migration Lab
The project moves from simply collecting material into a real analytical phase: the first migration materials, tooling, and targeted analyses appear.
Summary for Non-Technical Readers
This is the moment when the project stops being only an archive of the old system and starts functioning as a working base for migration. The team is no longer only collecting original sources; it is creating the first concrete analytical materials and tools for the conversion.
For management, this is a good sign: the work is moving from gathering material toward the things that will later decide migration speed and quality.
What Happened
The transition into the analytical and migration phase is clearly visible here. A .NET component, Asseco.Fenix.SpolecneKlient, enters the repo, along with product materials such as the product brief, PRD, module list, and MARKDOWN_FILES.md as a documentation map for agents.
The major theme of the week is prompts and inputs for code dissection. A detailed prompt for RZP appears, along with BMAD architecture drafts, the first dissection materials, and tooling around FRX extraction including scripts and documentation.
The repo is changing from a simple legacy content store into a working migration laboratory. Some parts of the legacy tree are still being added, but the main emphasis is now on understanding the system and preparing the migration.
